PURCHASE AND USE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by Algovita Candle Co. and according to any and all specifications and directions of manufacturer.
Algovita Candle Co. sells its merchandise only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Algovita Candle Co., you represent that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.
FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ALGOVITA CANDLE CO. FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. FURTHERMORE, ALGOVITA CANDLE CO. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
RETURN POLICY
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@avcandle.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Chargeback Policy
Prior to initiating a chargeback, we urge customers to reach out to our customer support team for issue resolution. In cases where a chargeback is raised without prior communication and valid justification, we retain the right to enforce penalties, including an immediate and permanent account ban from our services, loss of warranties/support, and potential legal action to recover losses. Our commitment to fair dispute resolution is aimed at maintaining a positive customer relationship, and we encourage open communication to address concerns without resorting to chargebacks. By using our products/services, customers acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this policy.
